today that the company will debut its new comprehensive group of websites
on May 15th, in support of its growing presence in the earth & health
friendly cleaning and pool & spa marketplaces.

meeting our goal of making our ecoONE® pool, spa and nontoxic cleaning

The new sites will revolve around www.ecoone.biz which will be a fully
integrated e-commerce site both for direct retail as well as wholesale and
distributor customers. The site directly supports our new dealer,
manufacturer and distributor initiatives and with the ability to host,
track and account for coupons, ad specials and manufacturer incentive
programs.
Satellite sites will be dedicated to the company's specific product groups,
including a site dedicated to our line of kid-safe cleaning products and
our pool and spa and specialty lines.

new, fresh look and feel with improved organization, updated product,
media, distributor, dealer, and investor information, and access to Pacific
