Pacific Valley Bank Opens Remodeled Monterey Branch

SALINAS, CA--(Marketwire - September 5, 2007) - Pacific Valley Bank (OTCBB: PVBK) has announced the grand opening of its downtown Monterey branch at 498 Alvarado Street.

The grand opening follows months of renovation to the historical Juan Bautista Alvarado Adobe that will maintain the historical flavor of the building while providing modern banking convenience to businesses and individuals.

Pacific Valley Bank has been operating on a limited basis from that site since spring. Vince DiRocco, Vice President and Branch Manager, said, "We are excited by the response to our new branch to date, and now look forward to providing complete banking service for many more new customers in coming months. We are a true community bank with local decision-making that allows us to tailor services to meet our customers' needs. We believe personal service and strong relationships are what set us apart from other banks in the area."

The Monterey branch is Pacific Valley Bank's fifth location.
