Paciolan Acquires Fundraising Software From Lutz Software Solutions, LLC

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 12, 2006 -- Paciolan today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the fundraising software solution from Lutz Software Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of fund development solutions for college athletics organizations. The products acquired include Advantage and DonorNet, which collectively enable college athletics organizations to successfully grow relationships with donors, season ticket holders, and other loyal fans through a comprehensive set of forms, inquiries, and self-service web applications.
