"All three recipients are leading organizations that have implemented new strategies and programs to enhance their operations and improve the customer experience."

Acknowledged as the Star of the Year award winner from performing arts, the Long Center was recognized for their continued excellence in ticketing, fundraising and marketing. The Austin-based performing arts center has enhanced the customer experience through integrated ticketing and fundraising to improve organizational strategy and better understand patrons via real-time data. The Long Center also implemented a new on-sale strategy to better target prospective buyers and increase efficiency of their marketing efforts, increased sponsorship donation revenue by over $100,000, moved to responsive design for their mobile website and email communications, and leveraged the entire suite of Paciolan's marketing services to engage with its patrons.

CapitalTickets was recognized as the Star of the Year for the pro sports, arenas and ticket partner genre as the organization brought in new business throughout the past year and enhanced the customer experience at its existing venues. Additionally, CapitalTickets helped launch a new pick your own seat map for both the Senators and concerts at the Canadian Tire Centre and revamped the "My Sens Account" page to provide resources and account management options for season ticket holders.
