Paciolan Names Dave Butler to Serve as CEO and President

Jane Kleinberger to Remain as Chairman of the Board

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 6, 2005 -- Paciolan today announced that its board of directors has named Dave Butler to serve as the company's chief executive officer and president. Butler brings over 26 years of operational experience to both Paciolan and the Paciolan client base.
