Packaged Home Solutions, Inc. Announces the Addition of a New Member of Senior Management to One of Its Wholly Owned Subsidiaries, Southeastern Renovations, Inc.

New Manager Chuck Horne Has Proven Record of Generating Multimillion Dollar Annual Sales in Southern Georgia and Northern Florida

CINCINNATI, OH and JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - Packaged Home Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PKGH) ("PHS" or "the Company") today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Southeastern Renovations, Inc. (SER) has added Chuck Horne to its senior management team. Mr. Horne comes to SER with an extensive background in the residential construction industry to include both new home construction, as well as all aspects of remodeling. Mr. Horne operated a general construction business in North Carolina for over 15 years, building some 300 custom homes and producing as much as $6MM in annual sales. For the last five years, Mr. Horne has worked in senior management with Lowes Corporation, most of that time spent in the Installed Sales Division. Most recently, Horne managed the 18 store area of Southern Georgia and Northern Florida for Lowes Installed Sales, producing approximately $40MM in annual sales. Mr. Horne was responsible for managing the installations of over 40 different products, as well as approximately 50 direct reports and 175 installation crews.

Mr. Horne, in his position with SER, will take the lead role in the Company's national retail installation division, providing licensed, insured and fully trained installation crews for national retailers of home improvement products, as well as regional home improvement companies. In addition, he will heavily contribute to the standards and practices of the installation services provided by SER.
