In the most recent survey, clients reported that they are highly satisfied with PageUp's products and services. Moreover, satisfaction with its Search and Reporting functionality is at record levels, with more than 75 percent of clients stating that they find it easy to search for talent data with this solution.

In the previous Customer Satisfaction Survey, released in March 2014, PageUp achieved record scores in regard to its customer support interactions. This metric rose to a new record level in the most recent survey, with 80 percent of clients reporting they are satisfied with the company's customer service. Additionally, more than 85 percent of clients agreed that the company understands what they need from the system and is both responsive and helpful. In another record result, nearly 90 percent of clients said they view PageUp as an innovative company, with more than 80 percent agreeing that PageUp is a company that employs experts in the field.
