("APO" or the "Company") (OTC BB: APOA) today provides notice to shareholders that May 12, 2006 will be the date the Company will execute the payment of the recently declared restricted common stock dividend. The final ratio for the dividend has been set at on a prorated basis of 10 for 1 common share owned.

All shareholders of record as of the May 10, 2006 record date are entitled to receive the dividend.
