Paivis, Corp. to Develop Dividend Program for Shareholders

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - November 13, 2008) - Paivis, Corp. ("PAIVIS" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: PAVC) today announces its new CEO is developing a dividend program for its shareholders.

The program will consist of stock dividends and may be implemented in stages or on a regular basis. A long-term plan may include cash dividends subject to profitability.

Mr. Sands, CEO of Paivis, stated: "I believe that the Company's recently announced acquisition plans will provide greater shareholder value, but could also provide a mechanism to reward our patient and loyal shareholder base.
