Paladin Energy Ltd: Revised Accrued Interest on Accepted Bonds

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - April 02, 2015) - Paladin Energy Ltd (TSX: PDN) (ASX: PDN) ("Paladin" or the "Company") notes that, further to the Company's announcement of March 31, 2015, the Company advises that it has been advised that a calculation error occurred in the calculation of the accrued interest payable on settlement of its repurchase of the Accepted Bonds (as defined in the announcement of March 31, 2015) which understated such accrued interest by US$2,855,700.97. As a result, the Company advises that the correct amount of accrued interest payable on settlement of the repurchase of the Accepted Bonds is US$4,310,628.47 and the total cash consideration payable on such settlement is US$293,560,628.47. Settlement is scheduled to occur today.
