Paladin Labs Inc. Issues Announcement Regarding Jonathan Ross Goodman

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 18, 2011) - Paladin Labs Inc. (TSX:PLB), a leading Canadian specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced its President and CEO, Mr. Jonathan Ross Goodman, was involved in an accident. Mr. Goodman is currently hospitalized with serious injuries, the full extent of which are being assessed. As Mr. Goodman is currently unable to perform his duties as President and CEO, the Board of Directors of Paladin has asked Mr. Mark Beaudet, Co-Founder, Director and Vice President Marketing and Sales of Paladin, to assume such duties for the time being.
