PALAZZO Appoints Jack Clarke as Managing Director

New Appointment Reflects Company's Continued Growth

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 17, 2012) - PALAZZO, a boutique investment bank for marketing services, interactive, digital, information and new media companies, today announced the new hire of Jack Clarke as a managing director, a new role with the company.

In this new position, effective immediately, Clarke will manage business development activities and continue to build the PALAZZO brand by spearheading the company's expansion beyond traditional sectors such as market research and database marketing.

Prior to joining PALAZZO, Mr. Clarke led the specialty media and marketing services practice for the media focused private equity firm, Veronis Suhler Stevenson. Previously, he was a senior vice president with UBS Paine Webber, where he was the senior equity analyst covering the rapidly consolidating marketing services industry. He began his career on Wall Street with Furman Selz ING where he lead the initiative to establish the first corporate finance platform dedicated to serving the marketing services industry.

In addition his work as an M&A advisor to private marketing services companies, he was responsible for originating the assignments to underwrite the first public offerings undertaken in industries such as in-store merchandising, online search, outsourced customer care, and custom market research.
