Palisades Petroleum Corporation: Gas Sales Commenced at North Buffalo

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - April 11, 2007) - The Directors of Palisades Petroleum Corporation (PINK SHEETS:PAPT) are pleased to announce that the North Buffalo Prospect partners have started shipping gas from their Montana discovery well.

Palisades' partner on the project, Cline Production Company (Billings, MT), entered into a contract in March with Mountain Pacific General, Inc., the operator of the nearby gas gathering system, and began shipping gas from the Seidler 173-10 well by the end of March.

The Seidler well is the project discovery well, and was the first well drilled in Palisades' North Buffalo shallow gas project, located in Chouteau County, Montana (USA). Initial production from the well registered 283,000 cubic feet per day from the First Bow Island sand.

Additional well locations are currently being studied by the project partners.

Further information on the progress of the Company's activities will be presented on a timely basis.
