Florida will be expanding its use of Mimosa NearPoint beyond archiving its

Palm Beach County has a population of more than 1.25 million residents and

growth has come a greater demand on governmental resources. To meet its
increasing resource requirements, Palm Beach County has been modernizing

citizens the legal right to request copies of all public records, the
