Palm Beach, FL Resort Chefs Head to South Beach Wine & Food Festival

SINGER ISLAND, FL--(Marketwire - Feb 15, 2013) - Florida is hot year-round, but things really heat up in February, when Food Network hosts its annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival. This year, 3800 Ocean's Collaboration of Chefs, led by Larry LaValley, are throwing their irons in the fire by representing the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa.

One of the biggest events in food and wine, this year's festival takes over South Beach from February 21^st through the 24^th. The star-studded event draws some of the world's top culinary talent to its tables, and on February 23^rd, chef LaValley and his team of chefs of this Palm Beach, FL hotel will join Iron Chef America winner Geoffrey Zakarian for Thrillist's "BBQ & The Blues." The stage at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival will be set for the 12^th year in a row, bringing together top wine and spirits producers with chefs and culinary personalities for four days of fundraising to benefit the Florida International University.
