Panera Bread Company to Hold Annual Meeting on May 21, 2015

ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwired - April 23, 2015) - Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ: PNRA) today announced that Ron Shaich, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Bufano, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Company's 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on May 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time. The meeting will be held at the Panera Bread Company Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Mr. Shaich will kick-off the presentation with introductory remarks. Mr. Shaich and Mr. Bufano will then review the Company's recent operational and financial performance, the strategic initiatives underway and the Company's fiscal 2015 outlook. Management will be available at the conclusion of the meeting to answer questions from the Company's stockholders.
