VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 13, 2014) - Panorama Petroleum Inc. (formerly "Azure Resources Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PPA) reports that further to its news release dated May 8, 2014, its shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange have approved the consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares on the basis of ten old shares for one new share and a name change to Panorama Petroleum Inc.
Effective at the market opening on June 13, 2014 the common shares of the Company on a consolidated basis commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in the name of Panorama Petroleum Inc. under the trading symbol "PPA". The CUSIP number of the Company will change to 69862U105.
As a result of the Consolidation, the Company has 12,861,947 common shares outstanding.
The Company's transfer agent will mail to registered shareholders a Letter of Transmittal to enable shareholders to exchange existing share certificates of the Company for share certificates representing shares of Panorama Petroleum Inc. on a consolidated basis. No action is required for non-registered shareholders who hold securities of the Company through an intermediary to effect consolidation of their beneficially held securities.
The Company's previously reported post consolidated non-brokered private placement is progressing as per the Company's May 8, 2014 news release.
