LAS VEGAS, NEVADA and TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 27, 2007) - Panorama Software, a global leader in business intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced at the SAP NetWeaver® BI and Portals 2007 Summit in Las Vegas, the availability of the Panorama NovaView® Virtual Appliance. The first-of-its-kind, the Panorama NovaView® Virtual Appliance is a pre-built, pre-configured and ready-to-run software-based appliance with an operating system and a pre-configured suite of BI applications inside a virtual machine. Panorama Software's Virtual Appliance enables customers to download and configure an enterprise ready version of Panorama NovaView in just a few hours.

Utilizing leading-edge technology from VMware, the global leader in virtual infrastructure software for industry-standard systems, Panorama Software has built the first-of-its-kind Virtual Appliance to provide customers with the most cost-effective and user-friendly means to deploy their flagship enterprise BI solution - Panorama NovaView®.

"Panorama is changing the rules on how business intelligence applications are deployed and put into the hands of the information worker," said Oudi Antebi, Vice President Marketing and Strategy, Panorama Software. "The value and importance of BI continues to grow within companies of all sizes and across all industries. With more decision makers accountable for the results within an organization, the last thing a company wants to deal with is complex BI deployments that consume precious IT resources. The value of BI is getting critical information into the hands of the people who need it. Today's announcement of the first BI Virtual Appliance will help companies to get one step closer to meeting that goal."

The Panorama NovaView® Virtual Appliance enables customers to test drive and deploy a full-featured version of the Company's flagship solution, fully-equipped with the core NovaView® components including:

- Panorama NovaView® Server

- Panorama NovaView® Analytics

- Panorama NovaView® Smart Reporting

- Panorama NovaView® Visuals

- Panorama NovaView® Dashboards

- Panorama NovaView® Business Modeler

- Panorama NovaView® Scorecards

"The Panorama NovaView Virtual Appliance provides tremendous flexibility for companies that are in the evaluation process, as it has all of the advanced features and functionality found in the native NovaView solution, but it enables users to deploy the solution more quickly and easily than ever before," said Jordan Friedman, Senior Marketing Manager, Panorama Software. "With our Virtual Appliance, end users have a new way to deploy a fully-featured, enterprise-grade BI solution."

The Panorama NovaView® Virtual Appliance also includes a Configuration Wizard to streamline the process of connecting directly to an organization's data systems, and it offers sample data and views so customers can easily familiarize themselves with the product. Panorama Software is currently working with VMware to have their Virtual Appliance fully certified.
