PaperNuts Corporation Completes Agreement for Exclusive Manufacturing of Next Generation PaperNuts Converter

ST. CATHARINES, ON--(Marketwired - Mar 18, 2015) - Axiom Corp. (OTC PINK: AXMM) ("Axiom" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that PaperNuts Corporation, the Company's majority-owned subsidiary, has completed an agreement for the exclusive manufacturing of the next generation of PaperNuts technology. 

As per terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement dated March 17, 2015 between PaperNuts Corporation and Mr. Don Girotti, President of Girotti Machine, PaperNuts has agreed to an exclusive manufacturing and purchase arrangement regarding the first 1,000 industrial-sized 4th generation PaperNuts Converters.

PaperNuts Corporation and Girotti Machine are nearing completion of final quality testing of the latest generation of PaperNuts technology. The 4th generation of PaperNuts Converter includes numerous innovations that have made the equipment smaller, quieter, more energy efficient, and easier to use. Initial manufacturing of the 4th generation PaperNuts Converter is expected to commence within the next 30 days following the final conclusion of current testing.
