"Tom's experience working closely with boards of directors, private equity firms, public accountants and investment bankers makes him a great fit for Paradigm," said Fleming. Mastri will interact with the business on many levels to oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, risk management and tax. He begins work immediately.
