Paradysz Appoints Industry Veteran Nancy Small as a Vice President in Its Strategic Solutions Group

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 31, 2012) - Paradysz is pleased to announce that Nancy Small has joined this leading audience development agency as a Vice President in its Strategic Solutions Group. Ms. Small will be based in Paradysz's New York office.

As a Vice President in Paradysz's Strategic Solutions Group, Small will help Paradysz clients to transform their existing customer information into actionable business intelligence which they can use to develop and optimize media channels to reach new customers and donors. Ms. Small has an extensive career in direct marketing. Prior to joining Paradysz, she was the President of Hallmark Publishing, where she was responsible for driving revenues for and launching Hallmark Magazine; the CEO of EatingWell Media Group, an integrated digital, book and magazine media business that was recently acquired by Meredith; and an SVP in the Organic Living group at Rodale. Ms. Small has also provided consulting services for digital start-ups, nonprofits, publishers, and direct response driven organizations.

Ms. Small's keen ability to optimize market potential and profit through the application of CRM strategy, customer and market insight and intelligent data analytics has contributed to her successful track record working with both large, established brands and smaller, entrepreneurial organizations. Ms. Small holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Vermont and sits on the board of the UVM Alumni Association.
