Parc Downsview Park Inc. Welcomes a New Member to its Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 27, 2008) - Parc Downsview Park Inc. (PDP) is pleased to welcome Mr. Ron Colucci to its Board of Directors. The Government of Canada has appointed Mr. Colucci as a Director of PDP for a term of four years.

Mr. Colucci holds a bachelor of arts degree from York University, a master of business administration from the University of Toronto and a Certified General Accountants Association of Canada (CGA) designation. He is currently self-employed as an accountant in public practice. Prior employment includes serving as corporate controller of a group of commercial companies with Tectum Ltd. and as secretary/treasurer and controller with Schlegel Canada Inc. Mr. Colucci is past president of the Certified Accountants of Ontario and is currently a fellow and director on the board of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Mr. Colucci received the distinguished service award from the CGA and is a life member of CGA Ontario. He is also presently chair of CGA Canada and is a member of the Public Accountants Council for the Province of Ontario. Mr. Colucci is an active lecturer on topics relating to accounting and taxation; a writer for business and accounting journals; and an active volunteer with various community organizations.
