ParentsWare, Inc. Announces Name Change to Eturi Corp.

The Change Signals Expansion of the Patented Platform Into New, Emerging Markets

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - June 28, 2016) - ParentsWare, Inc., the software company responsible for developing the top-rated parental control application OurPact, announced today a change in its corporate name to Eturi Corporation. This transition reflects plans for the software company to address new mobile solutions markets outside of the parental control space.

Founded in 2013 by Amir Moussavian, the enterprise now known as Eturi Corporation set out to address a gap in the iOS parental control market. Since then, its focus has been on the development of its flagship product, OurPact, which allows parents to remotely manage children's mobile device habits. Now supporting over 700,000 users, Eturi Corp. has indicated plans to extend its flexible architecture into the corporate mobile management space, and beyond.

"A considerable amount of development work has gone into the creation of a flexible, secure, and scalable back-end infrastructure, which OurPact has only just tapped into," Edward Hunter, the Chief Technology Officer behind Eturi Corporation reveals. "This name change reflects, more than anything, a re-positioning of our platform to begin leveraging that potential in its entirety. Starting out by addressing the device management needs of small to medium-sized businesses is the perfect next step for us. I can't wait to see where our software will be five years from now."

In addition to its versatile back-end architecture, Eturi Corp. has a significant IP portfolio. The company currently owns three granted U.S. patents (USPTO 8,706,872; USPTO 8,966,064; USPTO 9,043,462) and has one critical U.S. patent pending approval.

The new company name Eturi Corp. takes effect today, and will be implemented in all future business endeavors moving forward.
