Parks Associates Identifies Smart Home Device Purchase Plans of European Consumers at CONNECTIONS(TM) Europe

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 11, 2015) - Parks Associates announced new connected home research at CONNECTIONS™ Europe today that shows 5% of broadband households in the U.K., Germany, France, and Spain own a smart thermostat and nearly 11% plan to buy one in the next 12 months. Parks Associates' Connected Consumers in Europe reports close to one-third of broadband households in these four countries plan to purchase a smart home product in the next 12 months, with intentions highest in Spain (37%) and lowest in the U.K. (24%).
