Parlay Entertainment Releases Parlay 4

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 6, 2006) -

Next Generation of Bingo Software Contains Industry-Leading Features, Enhanced Back Office Support and an Innovative Chat Management Application.

Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEI) today announced the release of Parlay 4, the latest version of its award-winning online bingo product. The release includes many additions and enhancements to Parlay's software suite, which is already the most popular Internet bingo technology in the world.

Parlay 4 features a new game interface with an improved screen layout, new tabbed components and a larger area for chat messages. The new interface makes it easier to pick, purchase and play dozens of bingo cards at once, creating more excitement for players, while enhancing revenue and margin opportunities for Parlay bingo operators.

"We're certainly proud of Parlay 4's new look and functionality," said Perry Malone, CTO of Parlay Entertainment Inc. "But equally impressive are the features that the average player won't see. We've made it easier for bingo operators to manage their business by enhancing our back-end functionality, especially in the areas of scheduling, reporting, bonusing and chat management. We've also made infrastructure changes that will allow us to deliver further new features and functionality at an accelerated pace."

New to Parlay 4 is ChatterBox™, a powerful web-based application that enables chat moderators to manage multiple chat rooms simultaneously. ChatterBox™ makes it easy to run chat games, award bonus money and track chat activity, while giving moderators the freedom to spend more time interacting with bingo players.

Enhanced reporting functionality allows site operators to manage player recruitment and marketing campaigns quickly and easily. Network operators also have added abilities to assign permissions and create reports for each network site individually or for the entire network in aggregate.

"We believe the release of Parlay 4 further cements our leadership in the online bingo market," continued Mr. Malone. "It offers more style, more power, more flexibility and more scalability than any other product out there. We're confident that our operators and our players will love Parlay 4, because we've worked hand-in-hand with them during its design and development."

Parlay 4 will be deployed in both 75-number (North American) and 90-number (European) versions. The product will debut on several Parlay-licensed sites this month and will roll out across other customer sites throughout the year.
