Parrotheads Invited to Flock to Barona Tuesdays in July for Cash Prize Paradise

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 30, 2011) - Throw on a Hawaiian shirt and head to Barona Resort & Casino for the Great Parrothead Adventure, a free Jimmy Buffet themed slot tournament scheduled for every Tuesday in July. Club Barona members can compete in the tournament once a week to win a share of $18,000 in weekly prizes -- a total payout of $72,000 for the month.

Barona's month-long Great Parrothead Adventure slot tournament will be held every Tuesday in July from noon to 10 p.m. Club Barona members may register for the free tournament in front of the El Rancho Grande Mexican restaurant on the casino floor on July 5, 12, 19 and 26 for five minutes of tournament play on a designated slot machine. Participants with the top three slot machine scores each week earn cash prizes -- first place wins $10,000, second place wins $2,000 and third place wins $1,000. An additional fifty players will win $100 in myFREEPLAY prizes each week.
