Parsons Announces Dahlberg as New Board Member

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - The Board of Directors of Parsons Corporation has named Kenneth C. Dahlberg as a new Director. He is the former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and President of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a leading provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration, and technical services and solutions.

Mr. Dahlberg has more than 40 years of engineering, program management, and leadership experience. Prior to joining SAIC, he served as Executive Vice President of General Dynamics Corporation. Prior to that, he served as Raytheon's Executive Vice President of Business Development and President of Raytheon International. When Raytheon acquired Hughes Aircraft, he became the President and Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon Systems Company. He started his career with Hughes Aircraft.

Mr. Dahlberg is a Director on the Board of Teledyne Technologies, Inc. He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Drexel University and the University of Southern California, respectively. He also attended the University of California, Los Angeles, business school for advanced education for executives.
