Parsons Appoints Leketa as President of Its Water & Infrastructure Group

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - August 30, 2010) -  Parsons announces the appointment of Anthony "Tony" F. Leketa as President of Parsons Water & Infrastructure Inc. (PWI). PWI, a primary business unit of Parsons Corporation, provides customers worldwide with full-service engineering, construction, and management services in water, wastewater, and infrastructure development. In his new role, Mr. Leketa will be responsible for the business unit's global operations.

Mr. Leketa has been with Parsons since January 2005, and has held a succession of leadership positions with increasing responsibilities within Parsons' federal government group. His most recent position was director of the Installations and Environment (I&E) Division. During his tenure as leader of the I&E Division, the group experienced exceptional sales growth and profitability. Tony also served as deputy division manager of the Systems, Defense and Security Division, and program manager of our Automated Flight Service Stations program. Prior to joining Parsons, Mr. Leketa spent 35 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service.

Mr. Leketa is a registered professional engineer, and he is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, holding a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's degree in civil engineering. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army War College. Mr. Leketa will be based in Parsons' Pasadena, California, corporate headquarters.
