Parsons Appoints Price as Managing Director, Northern Mediterranean

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - December 21, 2010) - Parsons announces the appointment of William D. "Bill" Price as Managing Director for the Northern Mediterranean region (Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain, and Turkey). In this capacity, he will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of Parsons' work in these markets.

Mr. Price has more than 38 years of technical and management experience in project controls, information systems development and implementation, telecommunications, networking, and operations support for engineering and construction projects. He joined Parsons in 1980 and has since held a succession of positions with increasing responsibilities, including project controls manager, operations manager, chief information officer, program director, and most recently as business/commercial manager.

Mr. Price holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in building construction from the University of Florida and is based in Rome, Italy.
