Parsons Completes Acquisition of First Support Services, Inc. From FirstGroup

Acquisition Deepens Parsons' Portfolio of O&M Services

PASADENA, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 8, 2013) - Parsons is pleased to announce that it has received all necessary U.S. government approvals and has completed its acquisition of First Support Services, Inc. (and its subsidiaries), a wholly owned subsidiary of FirstGroup. First Support Services is a leading provider of facility operations and maintenance (O&M) services, logistics support, transportation support, and telecommunications operations services to the U.S. government.
