Parta Dialogue Completes a $400,000 Private Placement and Corporate Update

MONTREAL, QUEBEC and TORONTO, ONTARIO and PARIS, FRANCE and MEXICO CITY, MEXICO--(Marketwire - Dec. 17, 2012) - Parta Dialogue (TSX VENTURE:PAD) ("Parta" or the "Corporation"), expert in Social Campaign Optimization and Social Learning, is pleased to announce the closing of a private placement of 1,600,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit, each unit being composed of one common share and one half (1/2) warrant, for gross proceeds of $400,000 (the "Offering"). Each full warrant entitles its holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.40, exercisable for a 24-month period.

The Offering was completed with the assistance of an Agent, who received a cash commission equal to 5% of the gross proceeds of the Offering. The common shares of the Company were issued in reliance upon exemptions from the prospectus and registration requirements of applicable Canadian securities legislation and will be subject to a four-month hold period from the Closing Date. Closing of the private placement remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Corporate Update

Parta accepted the resignation of Mr. Philippe Dunsky as director of the Corporation, effective immediately. Mr. Paul Allard, President and CEO of the Corporation, highlighted the visionary support offered by Mr. Dunsky, a director of the Corporation since 2009 and thanked him for his estimated contribution.
