PassAlong Networks Completes $10 Million in Financing

Digital Media Innovations Company Has Raised $35 Million to Date

FRANKLIN, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 19, 2007 -- PassAlong Networks™, developer of digital media innovations and services, today announced that it has completed a round of $10 million in financing led by private and strategic investors. The company said the funding will be used to further the development and implementation of products and services designed to bring music and other digital content to consumers through a variety of devices. To date, PassAlong Networks has raised a total of $35 million.

PassAlong's customers and strategic partners include some of the world's leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Zoran and Gracenote. Last week, retail giant Trans World Entertainment announced that PassAlong will power download services for its f.y.e.-branded online store.
