Passport Canada Relocates St. Catharines Office to Better Serve Customers

GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 30, 2012) - On Monday, April 30, 2012, the St. Catharines Passport Canada office will relocate to the Pen Centre at 221 Glendale Avenue. This will allow Passport Canada to provide timely services in a larger space and to offer easier access for customers in St. Catharines and surrounding areas.

The new location will feature 14 counters and seating for 70 people, which represents five more counters and 25 more seats than the old location. The new office is easily accessible by public transit and offers free parking on site.

The 43 Church Street location will close its doors permanently at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012.

Business hours at the new location remain from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Applicants also have the option of submitting their passport application at the Hamilton Passport Canada office, located in the Standard Life Building, 120 King Street West, Plaza Level. Applicants can also submit their application at the Ancaster Canada Post Outlet, located at 27 Legend Court.

Passport Canada anticipates no service delays due to the relocation of the St. Catharines office.
