In this capacity, she is responsible for managing a global team that provides multi-national organizations with a SaaS-based payroll solution that standardizes processes, ensures compliance and provides the visibility and tools needed to leverage payroll data.
Prior to joining Patersons Global Payroll, Sullivan was Vice President, International Business Development, and CEO of Intercomp Global Services, a privately held company that provided payroll and HR administration services to multi-national companies. Before that, Sullivan was Director, International at Paychex, the second largest payroll provider in the world. She served as general manager, successfully opening four regional offices in Germany. She also managed all marketing functions and strategy for a $300 million division of Paychex. Earlier in her career she was a senior management consultant at The Campos Group where she spearheaded the use of web-based technologies.
