Patient Care Technology Systems and Computer Design and Integration LLC Sign Marketing Agreement

Companies Will Integrate Software and Infrastructure Expertise to Support Workflow Automation Implementations in Health Care Facilities

MISSION VIEJO, CA and TETERBORO, NJ--(Marketwire - November 17, 2008) - Patient Care Technology Systems (PCTS), a subsidiary of Consulier Engineering Inc. (NASDAQ: CSLR) and Computer Design and Integration LLC, (CDI) today announced that they have signed a co-marketing agreement to jointly promote their solutions to health care providers in the greater New York metro area. CDI, a Cisco Gold Certified partner, will provide network infrastructure planning and implementation for facilities implementing PCTS real-time location based patient and asset tracking solutions. The companies will align sales and marketing programs in support of the agreement. On December 10th, PCTS will be a featured presenter at a CDI's RFID Wireless Seminar to be held at the New Jersey Hospital Association in Princeton, New Jersey.

CDI is one of the New York Metro area's most successful IT solutions firms. For the sixth consecutive year, CDI was named again to the VARBusiness 500 list, the annual ranking of the largest and most successful IT providers, consultants, integrators and services companies in North America. CDI's Healthcare practice is experienced in planning and implementing emerging technologies. For hospitals seeking to introduce WLAN real-time location-based services to support a PCTS workflow automation software implementation, CDI will provide network planning and implementation services through their team of Cisco-certified IPT consultants and delivery engineers.

PCTS pioneered the use of real-time locating systems (RTLS) to automatically track patients and assets in emergency and surgical services departments and today provides purpose-built solutions for departmental to enterprise-wide patient flow needs. Department-specific process rules recognize and timestamp patient care milestones based on the measurement of location, movement and interactions between patients, staff and mobile medical equipment. The location information, which can be sourced from any RTLS technology, together with patient data from other hospital information systems is visualized for caregivers in map and status screen views of patient flow. Additional intelligence interprets the meaning of patient status events and notifies appropriate staff in real-time. Caregivers interact with the web-based tracking software as their centralized workflow communication and management portal. In this way, caregivers are able to better anticipate and manage their workflows as they coordinate care. PCTS tracking solutions have supported over 4 million high acuity patient encounters at leading hospitals nationwide.

"We are very pleased to be working with CDI," said Tony Marsico, president and CEO of PCTS. "CDI is a recognized leader with tremendous experience in helping clients to efficiently design and manage their infrastructure services to leverage the capabilities of new technologies. Their expertise in network planning and implementation will enable more health care facilities to benefit from the value of real-time workflow automation."

"PCTS and CDI share a common commitment to best-in-class technology and support," said Anthony Ferrante, director of business development at CDI and a New Jersey HIMSS board member. "We welcome the opportunity to introduce the innovative solutions PCTS has pioneered to help our customers improve their efficiency and increase capacity."
