Patron Systems Announces Delay in 10-K Filing

BOULDER, CO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 3, 2007 -- Patron Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: PTRN), a leading provider of application software and services focused on business process management for the public sector, announced today that it is availing itself of an automatic fifteen-day extension to file its Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2006 by filing Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The additional time required reflects the unexpected delays in the completion of the Company's annual audit. The Company expects to complete the 2006 Form 10-KSB filing by April 17, 2007.
