HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwire - June 27, 2011) - The Canadian Union of Public Employees and the Council of Canadians are holding a town hall meeting on Tuesday, June 28 in Halifax to raise awareness about a new trade deal that threatens vital public services like water, transit, energy and health care.
