Paul Vincent Named Vice President, Global Talent Supply Chain Operations for KellyOCG(R)

TROY, MI--(Marketwired - Nov 2, 2015) - Kelly Services® (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB) today announced that Paul Vincent has joined Kelly's Outsourcing and Consulting Group, KellyOCG, as vice president - Global Talent Supply Chain Operations. Mr. Vincent brings extensive procurement and talent management experience to his new London-based role. He reports to John Healy, vice president and managing director, Global Talent Supply Chain for KellyOCG.

Mr. Vincent joins KellyOCG from Insight Sourcing Solutions, a company he founded in 2009 to assist organizations in effectively buying or selling business services. His expertise has been utilized by a number of other consultancies/training providers to enhance their own offerings. Mr. Vincent is highly regarded as an expert in the areas of resourcing, consultancy and professional services. He has helped his clients realize millions of dollars in savings as well as enabling numerous providers to effectively sell their services.

Prior to establishing his own consultancy practice, Mr. Vincent spent 20+ years with BT Group plc, one of the world's leading communications services companies, where he held a series of senior executive procurement and commercial positions in addition to leading transformational change programs for the sales, customer satisfaction and product management teams.
