Paxata Announces David Salinger as Vice President of Corporate Sales

New Executive to Build World-Class Sales Organization, Drive Success With Industry's First Adaptive Data Preparation™ Platform

REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 5, 2013) - Paxata, the first Adaptive Data Preparation™ platform that lets business analysts rapidly connect, explore, transform, and combine data, today announced the addition of David Salinger, a proven expert in sales leadership and strategy, as vice president of corporate sales. Salinger, who draws on over 15 years of experience at leading technology companies including Tableau Software, will be responsible for implementing the corporate business plan with offerings and services that drive Pax Personal and Pax Share licenses. He will lead all levels of the corporate sales organization, including pre-sales, direct sales and operations.

Prior to joining Paxata, Salinger served as vice president of commercial sales at Tableau Software, a global leader in easy-to-use business analytics software and current strategic Paxata partner. He has also led sales efforts for Parallels, Onvia and Verizon Wireless.
