With position commencing April 17, 2006, Kirby Manuel will be responsible for the development, security, advancement and fulfillment of PayChest's position in third party merchant services, peer-to-peer money transfer services, and all worldwide administrative information systems.

Kirby Manuel recently successfully shaped a leading enterprise and turnkey payment software company known as Cusell.com; a company he owned and operated for software which allows access to multiple banking gateways and international money transfers.
