Lydia Frank was promoted to Vice President of Content Strategy and Emily Jensen was promoted to Vice President of Customer Success. In Frank's new role, she will drive the company's content marketing strategy to increase awareness and deeply engage both the employer and the employee audiences. In Jensen's new role, she will lead the customer success teams to ensure customers realize the many business benefits of using PayScale software and data solutions.

Frank previously held the position of Senior Director, Editorial and Marketing. Since joining the company, she has established strong media partnerships and built a team focused on delivering innovative content designed to help employees know what they are worth. Frank has authored articles for Fortune, Harvard Business Review, TechCrunch, and Money Magazine. She also speaks on compensation topics including gender pay equity, negotiating pay and the role of pay in employee engagement. Prior to joining PayScale, Frank was the Editorial Director at About.com and a Channel Manager for Microsoft's MSN Division.
Prior to this appointment, Jensen was Vice President of Sales at PayScale where she led consistent year over year growth of the sales team, spanning multiple regions, products and customer segments. Jensen brings nine years of experience working with thousands of PayScale customers and has the unique understanding of all stages of the customer journey and lifecycle. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Art and Psychology.
