OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 22, 2010) - Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Canada returns to Ottawa for its second annual invitational on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at 7 p.m. For one hard-hitting night, the top bull riders in Canada and the world take over Scotiabank Place to battle the fiercest bucking bulls on the planet.
