PC Gold Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 27, 2014) - PC Gold Inc. (TSX:PKL) ("PC Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has granted 2,475,000 stock options under its stock option plan to certain directors, officers and consultants effective January 23, 2014. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant and expire on January 23, 2019.
