PCS LabMentors Announces Agreement With RKON Technologies

BOISE, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 9, 2006 -- PCS LabMentors, Ltd., a division of PCS Edventures! (OTCBB: PCSV), today announced a significant upgrade of its infrastructure including hardware, software and data center services. The upgrade was implemented on November 1, 2006 to the new infrastructure and was successfully completed without any major issues.

The new infrastructure was required due to PCS LabMentors' web-based lab product's increasing demand.
