PDH Announces $300,000 Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 24, 2011) - Premier Diagnostics Health Services Inc. (CNSX:PDH) -


Premier Diagnostics Health Services Inc. ("the Company") announces a non-brokered private placement offering of 1,875,000 common shares of PDH at a price of $0.16 per unit for a total investment of $300,000. Each unit consists of one share and one purchase warrant ("A Warrant") exercisable at $0.30 and expiring on July 21, 2011 and one share purchase warrant (" B Warrant") exercisable at $0.40 and expiring on December 31, 2011. This offering will expire on Friday, March 11, 2011.

This non-brokered private placement is expected to close on Monday, March 14, 2011.

The funds from this offering will be used to achieve the Company's objectives of developing additional diagnostic facilities in strategic locations across Canada and China and will also be used for general working capital purposes.

The Company also announces the issuance of 132,800 shares to Dynamo Consulting Group Inc. pursuant to a consulting agreement.
