PDH Board Approves Company Business Plan and Financing Program

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 10, 2011) -


Premier Diagnostic Health Service Inc. ("PDH") (CNSX:PDH) announced today that at the May 3rd meeting of the new Board of Directors of PDH, the Transition Management Team (TMT) presented a draft of the PDH Business Plan and the Financing Program for its implementation. The Board approved the TMT presentation and authorized completion of the Business Plan and presentation of the Financing Program to the financial community. A summary of the Business Plan will be posted on PDH's website.

The Board also approved the establishment of a Compensation Committee, an Audit Committee and a Credentials Committee, with personnel to be determined.

The Board was also advised that, due to time demands, Ms. Eliza Fung is unable to accept her nomination to be a Director of the company. "We acknowledge her past assistance in matters concerning Premier," said Denis Tusar, CEO of PDH. The necessary filings to record this change were authorized.
