PDS Gives Back to Community

Software Provider Supports Inglis Foundation, Wawa's Operation Brotherly Love and Multiple Other Charitable Organizations

BLUE BELL, PA--(Marketwire - Jul 12, 2011) - PDS, a leading developer of human resource, benefits, recruiting and payroll systems, today announced its involvement in helping the Inglis Foundation raise more than $100,000 in one day at the 10th anniversary Annual Inglis Golf Outing held on June 6, 2011 to benefit people living with severe physical disabilities. As a long-time supporter, PDS has given more than $30,000 to the Inglis Foundation and has also been actively involved in a number of other charitable organizations, including Wawa's Operation Brotherly Love.

"As we approach four decades in business, we have looked back and were pleasantly surprised with how we have contributed to the community over the years even during the tougher economic times," said Charles Jefferies, president and CEO of PDS. "We believe it is extremely important to give back and to set a good example for our employees to contribute in their individual communities. The Inglis Foundation and Wawa's Operations Brotherly Love are just two of the programs in which we have been actively involved."

In addition to its financial contributions, PDS Vice President, George Brady has been on the organization committee for the Annual Inglis Golf Outing for the past 10 years and co-chaired the committee the since 2008 -- significantly increasing the donations each year. Dating back to 1877, the Inglis Foundation serves more than 2,000 clients in Philadelphia, offering products and services designed to maximize the independence of adults with physical disabilities.

PDS also supports Wawa's Operation Brotherly Love program, which is a group of friends, colleagues and business partners who seek a deeper level of interaction with the community. Annually, Operation Brotherly Love hosts a large holiday event to spread joy to area families during the holidays and inspire others to do the same for their communities.

In addition to Inglis Foundation and Wawa, PDS supports numerous other organizations, including: Fight from the Fairway for breast cancer research (West Chester, Pa.), SuperKIDS of Montgomery County (Blue Bell, Pa.), among others.
