CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - August 16, 2007) - Product Development Technologies, Inc. (PDT), a division of TZ Limited (ASX: TZL), is excited to announce that PDT has been invited to become a strategic development partner with the Biomimetic MicroElectonic Systems (BMES) Engineering Research Center at University of Southern California (USC). This not-for-profit team of 50+ surgeons and engineers, sponsored by the U.S. National Science Foundation (the second largest government research organization in the United States), collaborates with industry and academia to develop next generation surgical implants and devices.

"PDT's depth of services and process-oriented attention to detail made them a top choice given our highly demanding programs. Our center is on the cutting edge of medical device technology and we needed a partner who could fit those requirements."

Mark Schwartz, PDT President, remarked, "We are excited to put our vast product development knowledge to work in order to further the medical product design industry as a whole. This is a tremendous opportunity and we're proud to be involved."
