Peace Arch Entertainment Announces CFO Mara Di Pasquale and President of Production Lewin Webb Sign New Agreements

Company Continues to Solidify Executive Team to Support Peace Arch's Ongoing Commitment to Capitalize on Robust Film and Television Pipeline

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwire - September 21, 2007) - Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX: PAE) (TSX: PAE), an integrated global entertainment company creating critically acclaimed television, film and DVD content for worldwide distribution, today announced that Chief Financial Officer Mara Di Pasquale and President of Production Lewin Webb have signed new agreements to retain their positions as key Company executives, effective September 1, 2007.

Ms. Di Pasquale, who joined Peace Arch Entertainment in 2003, will continue as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Peace Arch she was Vice President of Finance at Entertainment for Gullane Entertainment PLC, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Catalyst Entertainment Inc., as well as Senior Vice President of Finance for Lionsgate Films. Ms. Di Pasquale is a Chartered Accountant and studied at McGill University in Montreal where she received her Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy and at Carleton University in Ottawa where she received an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Mr. Webb, who became President and Head of Production at Peace Arch Motion Pictures Inc., in 2004, will continue to oversee the development and physical production of all PAMP productions. He previously held the same position with GFT Entertainment. He began his career as an Assistant Director and moved onto produce a number of independent projects. More recently, Webb has also directed two feature films, "The Limit" and "The Good Shepherd." He reports to Peace Arch President and Chief Operating Officer John Flock.
