Peace Arch Entertainment's Television Division Launches New Series, Completes Movie and Renews Two Successful Series for Second Seasons

Company's TV Division Capitalizing on Worldwide Demand for Reality and Specialty Programming

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 27, 2007 -- Peace Arch Television Ltd., a division of Peace Arch Entertainment® Group Inc. (AMEX: PAE) (TSX: PAE), an innovative film and television entertainment company, announced today the production of a new television series, "Air Dogs," the completion of a new television movie, "All The Good Ones Are Married," and the revival of two television series that have been green-lighted for second seasons, "Makeover Wish: Season 2" and "The Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp: Season 2."

"The success of 'Makeover Wish' and 'The Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp' is indicative of the increasing demand for specialty television programming," said Michael Taylor, President of Peace Arch Television. "We are confident that our newest titles will also succeed based on their overall quality and, individually, the strong appeal of 'Air Dogs' to an enormous fan base of aircraft enthusiasts, and 'All The Good Ones Are Married' to women everywhere seeking empowering stories."

"Air Dogs" is a six episode series that will air on Discovery Canada. In each episode, the Air Dogs (hosts, Captain Robert "Rooster" Reichert and Mark Miller) will be invited to fly as passengers on some of the great airplanes of the world. Captain Reichert is one of the best who has flown just about everything, and Mark Miller is a science journalist and licensed recreational small craft enthusiast who also regularly contributes to Discovery Channel's "Daily Planet."

"All the Good Ones Are Married" is a television film based on the best selling book "All the Good Ones Are Married: Married Men and the Women Who Love Them" by Marion Zola. Daryl Hannah ("Kill Bill: Vol. 1 & 2," "Splash," "Steel Magnolias") stars. Overworked and in denial that her marriage to Ben is suffering, Alex (Daryl Hannah) brings a troubled young woman, Zoe, into their home. When an affair develops between Zoe and Ben, it destroys Alex's calm veneer and rips the family apart. In the aftermath, all three must face their responsibilities, making each of them stronger in the end.

"Makeover Wish: Season Two" will air on HGTV Canada. Each episode of this feel-good series follows a $25,000 makeover dream come true for individuals who have been nominated by friends and family for this special gift. "Makeover Wish" is about the upside of human character and the positive ways in which design, beauty and comfort enhance the human experience. It's about people reaching out to better the lives of others through a fresh new space that will provide the greatest benefits for the recipient, whether it's a place for solitude or a room for the whole family.

"The Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp: Season Two" began airing on Canada's Slice Network in March. Tommy Europe, an eleven-year pro football veteran, stars as the trainer, and Nadeen Boman as the Nutritionist. Motivated by a special event, like an upcoming wedding or reunion, participants strive to transform themselves physically and mentally in just four weeks. Their mission: to lose weight. Their target: to fit into a sexy new outfit.
